Having trouble with your internet service?
We want to know if you are having a bad experience. Lovelock Highspeed service support is available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Quick checks you can do without unplugging anything
These steps help narrow down the issue while keeping your equipment online for support review.
1. Check more than one device
Try another phone, computer, tablet, or streaming device to see if the problem is only happening on one device.
- Try at least two devices if possible
- Check whether one app or website is the problem
- Make sure the device is not in airplane mode
2. Check your Wi-Fi connection
Make sure your device is connected to your Lovelock Highspeed Wi-Fi network and not using cellular data or another network.
- Confirm the Wi-Fi network name
- Move closer to the router and test again
- Check whether the issue happens in one room or everywhere
3. Look at the equipment lights
Without unplugging or moving anything, look at your router and service equipment lights.
- Notice whether lights are on or off
- Notice whether lights are blinking differently than usual
- Share what you see when you call support
If your internet is completely out
Call Lovelock Highspeed so we can review the issue while your equipment remains online.
- Keep all equipment plugged in.
- Do not reset or power-cycle equipment unless instructed.
- Check whether multiple devices are affected.
- Look at the equipment lights without moving anything.
- Call support from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 7 days a week.
If Wi-Fi is weak or slow
Slow or weak Wi-Fi can be caused by distance, walls, device issues, interference, router placement, or a service issue.
- Test near the router.
- Try more than one device.
- Check whether the issue is in one room or the whole home.
- Check whether only one app, website, or streaming service is affected.
- Call us if your experience is poor or inconsistent.
